Fiscal invoicing that actually complies
Most generic systems do not work here. This one was built for the Dominican Republic.
NCF sequences
Register the ranges the DGII authorised: B01, B02, B14, B15 and the electronic E31/E32.
Numbering that cannot collide
Two cashiers charging at once never get the same NCF. A duplicated comprobante is a fiscal offence.
Tax-inclusive pricing
The way it is done here: the shelf price already contains the 18 %, and the invoice breaks it out.
RNC and cédula

What people ask us before signing up.
Do I need special hardware?
No. It runs on the computer, tablet or phone you already have. You can plug in a USB scanner and an 80 mm thermal printer if you want, but neither is required — you can start by searching products by name and handing over the PDF receipt.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The whole application is designed for small screens, including the sale screen. There is no app to install — it opens in the browser.
Does it issue valid fiscal receipts?
Yes. You register the NCF sequences the DGII authorised and the system assigns the next number on each sale, with ITBIS broken out and a verification QR code. It also produces the Form 607 detail for your filing.
Can I print invoices and receipts?
Yes. Every sale produces an 80 mm thermal receipt and an A4 invoice, both as PDF. Print them, download them or send them to the customer.
Can I export reports?
Yes, to PDF and to Excel. The Excel file carries amounts as numbers rather than text, so you can sum them and build pivot tables without cleaning them up first.
Can several users work at the same time?
Yes. You create one user per person and assign a role: owner, manager, cashier or inventory. Each role sees only what it should, and every action is recorded in the activity log.
Is my data secure?
Each business is isolated in the database twice over: the application filters by business and PostgreSQL checks it again with row-level security. Passwords are stored with Argon2id, sessions expire, and two-step verification is available.
How long is the free trial?
14 days with every feature switched on and no credit card. When it ends your data is still there — you just choose a plan to keep selling.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes, on the plans that include it. Each store keeps its own stock, its own numbering and its own reports, under a single account.
What if the internet goes down?
Today the system needs a connection to record a sale. The architecture is already prepared for offline selling with later sync, and that is next on the roadmap.
