Terms of service
These terms govern the use of FacturaFácil RD. By creating an account, you accept them.
The service
FacturaFácil RD is a point-of-sale and inventory system delivered over the internet. No software is delivered for installation.
Free trial and plans
The trial lasts 14 days with every feature switched on and requires no credit card. When it ends the account is suspended until a plan is activated; your data remains stored.
Prices are agreed in writing according to the plan and the size of your business.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record: prices, stock, customer details and, in particular, the NCF sequences you load and that they match those the DGII authorised to you.
You are responsible for your users’ credentials and for removing access from anyone who stops working with you.
Fiscal compliance before the DGII is yours. The tool helps you comply; it does not stand in your place before the authority.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the service available and your data secure and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, to issue fiscal documents that do not correspond to real transactions, or to attempt to access another business’s data.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Export your reports first: after cancellation we retain the data only for a limited period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
